For safety reasons, before each flight, we hand-pumped water from each float chamber, oftentimes while balancing on the narrow walkway. And for what seems like an eternity, we pump and pump and pump until the water stops flowing. Imagine if something could make the float water removal process simpler, faster, and safer. When attached to a properly sized cordless drill (sold separately), the Seaplane Float Pump makes short work of algae and debris in the float tubes and then finishes by removing any remaining water. And all this at over 5 gallons a minute! The Filter is designed to stop invasive species as small as 20 microns from exiting the pump and invading new waterways.

• Recommend to use with 18V or greater cordless drill that can spin at least 2000 rpm. Drill sold separately.
• Special adaptor included that when inserted into the silicon nozzle allows the user to connect the pump to a traditional garden hose for non-flammable fluid removal.
